This policy explains what PunchyCard (developer: Konstantin Scherbitsky) collects, why, and what control you have over it.

| Name and email address | Only if you sign in with Google or Apple. Identifies your account so your stamp cards follow you across devices. |
| Account identifier (user ID) | Links your cards, card credits and referral code to your account. |
| Stamp cards you create or add | The core function of the app: card titles, codes, stamp progress. |
| Purchase history | To grant the card credits you paid for and to prevent duplicate crediting. We never receive or store your card number — payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store. |
| Device push token, app language, muted notification types | To deliver notifications about your cards in the right language, and only the ones you have not muted. |
| App interactions and diagnostics | Aggregated usage and crash data, used to find bugs and improve the app. |
We use service providers that process data strictly on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
We do not share your data with anyone else, and we never sell it.
A stamp card is shared by its 8-character code. Anyone who has the code can see that card's title and stamp progress. Your email address and name are never shown to other users.
Card and account data is kept while your account exists. Delete the account and it is erased immediately — see how to delete your account. Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be retained in a form that cannot be linked back to you.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing kostya.em2@gmail.com. Deletion is also available directly in the app under Profile → Delete account.
PunchyCard is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, email us and we will remove it.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and note the change in the app's release notes.
