Delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your PunchyCard account (developer: Konstantin Scherbitsky) and the data associated with it.

Delete it from inside the app (fastest)

Open PunchyCard and go to the Profile tab.
Make sure you are signed in, then tap Delete account.
Confirm in the dialog. Your account and its data are erased immediately.

Or request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, email kostya.em2@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject “PunchyCard account deletion”. We remove the account within 30 days and reply once it is done.

What is deleted and what is kept

Data	What happens
Your account (sign-in identity)	Deleted permanently.
Stamp cards you created	Deleted permanently. They also disappear for anyone who added them by code.
Your remaining card credits and referral code	Deleted permanently. Consumable credits are not refundable or restorable.
Push-notification registrations for your devices	Deleted permanently.
Cards other trainers shared with you	Remain owned by those trainers; only your copy/link is removed.
Aggregated, anonymized analytics	May be retained in a form that cannot be linked back to you.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Email requests are completed within 30 days.
